Who I Am

I’m Daniel Gosselin, a photographer in London, Ontario. I make headshots, personal branding and fine art portraits.

Since 2016 I have worked with professional models in studios in London and Toronto. That work has taught me to light a portrait for the person and the conditions in front of me, quickly and creatively.

My career otherwise has been in corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions, and today I split my time between consulting and photography.

The painter and teacher Robert Henri wrote, “Art really understood is the province of every human being. It is simply a question of doing things, anything, well.” That describes the people I most like to photograph: those building and creating something of their own, and doing it well.

If that sounds like you, tell me about your work.
